Introduction
ThriveTrack is a family accountability app that helps parents assign missions,
track progress, and motivate their kids through coins, streaks, and rewards.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect,
how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Information We Collect

Account information: your email address and password (via Supabase Auth)
when you create a parent account.

Profile data: child names, ages, emoji avatars, and PINs stored to
power the app experience.

Usage data: tasks, rewards, coins, streaks, mood check-ins, and
journal entries you create in the app.

Device data: push notification tokens to deliver app notifications,
stored in Supabase.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the ThriveTrack app.
- To send push notifications you have opted into.
- To store your family's data securely so it persists across sessions.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
Children's Privacy
- ThriveTrack is designed for use by parents managing their children's experience.
- Child profiles are created and controlled by the parent account holder.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
- All child data is associated with and controlled by the parent account.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption.
- Data is stored on servers in the United States.

We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
Third-Party Services
ThriveTrack uses the following third-party services to operate:
Data Retention
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing

- We will process deletion requests within 48 hours.
Your Rights
- Access: you can view all your data within the app.
